When I try to update a sub it just does not save, just sends an empty PUT request

Hey @CyberL1 Which version are you on, I thought this was fixed in the latest release v0.4.0?, can you confirm and let me know so I can resolve ASAP. I can reproduce this currently.

I'm on the latest, arm64. Also I went to the settings to check, but forgot it always shows 1.0.0 there
