現行 CA 系列指令的參數會太複雜嗎？有簡化的必要嗎？在這篇討論吧！

大部分情況下，ca-name = host = cn，目前也想不到這三者不同的情況，是否該整合成一個參數
ica-parentserver-url 現在要求使用者輸入 https://:@hostname 是否拆成3個參數較友善
是否有其他需要優化的參數？
