Description

Related to https://github.com/cathayddt/bdk/pull/78. Need upgrade function for exist node through bdk when quorum version is upgraded. We have no exist function to directly upgrade our exist validator or member node.

Using bdk quorum network upgrade to select the exist node and upgrade to the version from the supported quorum list for user.
