After using the tool, the images of the document are also converted, which has an undesired effect, making them appear negative. I don't know how feasible it is to stop certain elements to be changed but it would be nice QoL feature.

I am not sure if is possible
But even it's possible it will have many edge cases and will make the code very complicated
If you will open PR I will consider to merge but I am not planning to work on this
And this most be with a flag to the user to enable

This works very nicely but it also inverted the emojis. Not sure how easy it is to avoid it doing so. Thanks!
