Browser

Chromium-based

Operating System

Windows 11

Description

On the homepage, when liking a post (or multiple), then proceeding to open a note, then going back using mouse back (or button top left, or alt + arrow left), doesn't show the note as liked.

Refreshing the page solves it

Steps to reproduce

  1. Be on the homepage
  2. Like at least one post
  3. Open any post
  4. Go one page back (mouse back, alt + arrow left, browser back button)
  5. Observe note not being liked

(I have not tested this in a local development environment)

this can also happen at random too, seems to be a race condition?

I haven't noticed it at random, so I can't confirm

Do you mean the same steps, and it sometimes being liked after all? If so, I'll try again later today

you dont have to test anything, i know the issue :)

but what i mean is you could have just opened auride and theres a slight chance that a note you liked wont appear liked--its just a race condition
