Following the instructions to unrestrict access I was able to get it to run, and the menu appeared but I can't enter anything. Am I missing something with security settings or something?

I suspect this is because you appear to be using the program "PowerShell ISE" instead of "PowerShell" - try right-click/open with on the install script and make sure you select PowerShell
