I found that setting the WG_PORT env var did not successfully change the listen port of the service. This fills that in in the wg0.conf template.

This bug also affects TrueNAS Scale, as it seems. When installing the wg-easy app in TrueNAS Scale, the default port is 30057. So if you don't know better and just confirm the default options, Wireguard won't work at all.

It was really hard to find the cause and I finally ended up in this pull request. Is there anything blocking you from merging @WeeJeWel? I was able to fix it by defining the correct port, but other users might not find this info and get stuck.
