Add LICENSE and README.md files to the repository.

  • LICENSE

    • Create a new LICENSE file.
    • Add the MIT License text with the year and author's name.

  • README.md

    • Create a new README.md file.
    • Add a title "PDF Dark Mode Converter".
    • Add a description of the project.
    • Add instructions on how to use the tool, including the GitHub Pages link.
    • Add a section for the license and mention the MIT License.
