    This patch focuses on improving EventBanner and YouTubeBubble skins alongside small fixes.

    For Existing Users, Alternative Installations

    Users that are using an earlier 1.2.x release can instead use the Blue.Archive.Suite.Patch_1.2.3-P.rmskin to only update the relevant files and retain all their customizations. A depreciated tray.ini will remain in the BlueArchive\Tray directory if coming from 1.2.0, which can be safely left untouched.

    v1.2.3 Changelog

    • The edge case of Steam games having a banner image that does not conform to a (wrongly presumed) standard URL scheme has been fixed ( #43 )
    • Various "bad entry" behaviors for EventBanner and YouTubeBubble have been changed:
      • Having only a few invalid entries in EventBanner will no longer fully disable it - all entries will be attempted, then bad entries will have default assets when the banner scrolls to them on load (akin to YouTubeBubble)
      • Clicking on invalid entries for either EventBanner and YouTubeBubble will now do nothing (previously, clicking on a bad YouTubeBubble entry would try to bring the user to the non-existent YouTube channel, which would then redirect the user to the YouTube homepage)
    • A Quicklaunch option has been added for EventBanner, which starts disabled in new installations of the suite. It may be enabled through the context menu
      • Enabling Quicklaunch will change the behavior of double left-click to launch the respective game directly instead of bringing the user to the game's update page (the user may still navigate to the update page by clicking on the update title instead of the banner)
    • Hovering over EventBanner and its clickable elements now highlight them
    • While hovering over EventBanner or YouTubeBubble, all the respective animations will now be frozen (if enabled). The skin will not resume auto-scrolling until the cursor is moved off of the skin
    • Refactored miscellaneous code

    This minor patch aims to fix some rare edge cases alongside a little bit of cleanup.

    • A rare possibility of mangafolder.ini not properly generating some of its clickable elements on opening has been addressed (#37)
    • The Global Scalar value is now constrained between the values [0.5 - 2.0], inclusive
      • If desired, this constraint can be circumvented by directly editing the GScale value in the user\config.inc file
    • Removed Rainmeter's native Spotify NowPlaying option from the NowPlaying setting selection due to dropped support
      • You can connect the suite to Spotify via the [Web] option with the appropriate plugins installed
      • Added tooltip with a clickable link to the NowPlaying documentation page so users can always quickly view the most up-to-date supported players by Rainmeter
    • Fixed inverted enable/disable text output from toggling .json data values
    • Fixed disjointed information hover hitbox from IDScraper
    • Added a Load Order value for List variants in the default presets that are installed with the .rmksin package
      • This fix is not applied if you are only installing the mini-patch

    v1.2.1 Changelog

    • A "Standalone" variant for the Audio Visualizer is introduced
      • Standalone Visualizer fully detaches itself from the suite, meaning it no longer repositions itself or hides skins to declutter the desktop, leaving that task exclusively to the user
      • This skin is in a sub-directory of the original AudioVisualizer, holding its own Rainmeter.ini configuration such as screen location
    • A "fixed-length" variant of the Tray is introduced
      • This tray variant does not adjust its length according to whether a List skin is present or not
      • This skin shares Rainmeter.ini configurations with its variants
    • All Tray variants no longer have a fixed "maximum" skin length of 1850px (multiplied further by #GScale#)
      • Tray variants will still calculate a "maximum" length by taking 93.75% of your display's width + 50px. This means if your display resolution is less than 800 pixels wide, spillage will occur.

    For Existing Users, Read Before Installation:

    This is a big patch, and as such is configured to override the configuration of all previous versions. While most settings can be restored, @Resources\user\config.inc specifically will break the entire suite as the updated version includes the language preference of the user. Please avoid restoring it if possible as you may have to redo your entire suite instead of just parts of it.

    v1.2.0 Changelog

    • (Almost) all display strings have been extracted and consolidated into a modular .inc file located in @Resources\lang
      • The variables that are not extracted are those that can already be edited by existing UI, such as TrayApps
      • Users can create their own language files by copying an existing one in the directory and editing all the respective variables
      • The new configured language file can then be selected in the Options Context Menu (the Skin composed of 3 options that is located by default at the top right) for use
    • User Input getting dropped when the suite has been installed in a directory with spaces has been resolved (mostly relevant to Phone and TrayApps) (#27)
      • NOTE: It is still recommended to install the suite in a directory without spaces when possible, and mandatory to install it in a non-cloud, Unicode-free directory path
    • Adjusted the suite's default Timeout Value to be 0 sec (disabled). This value can still be edited in ToggleSwitch's context menu
    • Bluesky icon has been added as a base social app

    An issue was reported where the WeatherComCodes sub-skin from the was no longer returning results for search queries. This has been addressed in this patch.

    Users that are using the 1.1.4 release can instead use the Blue.Archive.Suite.Region.Search.Tool.Patch_1.1.4.rmskin to update WeatherBanner while keeping everything else that they have customized. It will update the WeatherBanner as well as the update.inc config file to clear the "Update Available" alert for AronaGrid. You will still need to correct the WeatherBanner location after the patch.

    All Rainmeter skins using the weather.com API implementation based off of JSMorley's skin recently broke, which includes this suite. The API key has been updated to fix this issue in this release.

    This patch addresses code optimizations and several new bugs that have recently been discovered. A couple of new assets are now also included in the base installation package.

    v1.1.3 Changelog

    • Fixed WeatherBanner being unable to correctly calculate F° and K° temperature values ( #18 )
    • Fixed WeatherBanner breaking entirely due to incorrect regex not parsing negative temperatures
    • Fixed GPU & CPU resource displays showing the percentage sum of all devices instead of their average which caused overflow displays in AronaGrid ( #17 )
    • All animations now use the same parametric tweening logic (with the exception of TrayApps)
      • This change also hopefully fixes a very rare bug where animations randomly break, offsetting and misplacing graphical elements until the skin is refreshed
    • User Input via the context menu UI is now properly sanitized for SchaleFolder variants' right-click function within Rainmeter's limitations
    • All User Input in the ID Extractor tool for YouTubeBubble now responds with - No ID Found - for failed parsing instead of having an empty box
    • Web-based skins in the Main Hub now checks for service unavailability
      • YouTubeBubble will display RSS Unavailable when YouTube's RSS feed goes down from time to time
      • MangaFolder will display ERR-503, similarily to MangaDex's landing page when they undergo maintenance or high load
      • EventBanner is unchanged - it will display No Recent Updates! as if the app entries did not exist in the Steam storefront
    • Added Oki Aoi's halo icon as a base asset
      • Developer Note: A List skin variant for Aoi's in-game work screen has not been made as its functionality shares a lot of similarity with Sora's Angel 24 Shop for item purchasing, and Ayumu's Quest List for mission progress
    • Added X icon for Phone as a base asset
      • Twitter icon will remain in the base installation package

    Additional Notes

    All tray icons made by me - base, specialty or otherwise - are now archived in the Google Drive folder instead of only custom icons for ease of access.

    • An issue where the manga catalog's All Read status was incorrectly displaying "New Chapter(s) Available!" when the latest chapters have been marked as Read has been resolved.
      • Additionally resolved issue where attempting to stamp an entry as completed was sometimes voided.
    • The ID Extractor tool has been updated with YouTube's Page Source changes. A tooltip has also been added in case this tool breaks again in the future.

    This the first major update following the suite's initial release!

    For Existing Users - Read Before Installation:

    Unfortunately, for whatever unexplained reason, Rainmeter's .rmskin packaging system's Variable ignore changes parameter doesn't seem to work on anything that isn't .ini or .inc (and also perhaps image file formats), and thus the update will override all your .json and cache files with a few other things as well.

    Until I find an ironclad solution to this issue, refer to the pinned issues thread ( #7 ) in restoring previous files as to what is safe and unsafe to restore before installing the update. Thank you for being understanding about this issue!

    v1.1.0 Changelog

    • #1 A small WeatherBanner issue has been fixed.
    • #2 WebNowPlaying support has now been officially implemented. Select Web in the Change Player Type context menu to use it.
    • #3 A failsafe for a specific YouTubeBubble malfunction has been implemented.
    • You can now right-click the Recycle Bin to empty all its contents (after a confirmation pop-up).
    • Suite sound effects can be universally muted through the Style Settings menu. The button is located at the bottom right corner. No more constant noise to those who find it to be grating on the ears!
    • Sub-Hubs - Grids & Lists are now available! You can program your Tray Apps (and your SchaleFolder, whichever variant it may be) to switch to a sub-hub of your choice! Refer to the Steam Guide or GitHub Wiki for their implementation.
      • Arona Main Hub style System Grid, best used for OS Shortcuts, System Metrics, etc.
      • Sora Angel 24 Shop style Bookmarks and Shortcuts List, best used as both webpage bookmarks and general directory shortcuts
      • Momoka Daily Dungeon style Search Engine List, best used for search engine shortcuts
      • Rin Weekly Raid style Game List, best used as a game catalogue/launcher hub
      • Ayumu Tasks style Task List, best used for tracking progress and completion of achieveable goals
        • Dailies and weeklies automatically reset appropriately
    • To celebrate the implementation of Sub-Hubs, the halos of all the associated NPCs are also available with the update! You can find them in @Resources\assets\icons\halo.
